Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Getwayn. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans

Explorer Plan - $9/month

• Create up to 5 outdoor guides
• Upload GPX files and add map pins
• Multiple images per guide
• Personal profile page

Pro Plan - $18/month

• Create up to 20 outdoor guides
• Gear list builder with affiliate links
• Advanced analytics dashboard
• Unlimited images and gear items

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• You may cancel at any time

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Getwayn. By publishing content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is harmful, abusive, or offensive
• Violates others' privacy rights
• Is spam or deceptive content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise security
• Scrape or extract data without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Interfere with other users' access
• Resell or redistribute the service

6. Intellectual Property

The Getwayn platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

7. Affiliate Links

You are responsible for compliance with affiliate program terms when using gear list features. We do not manage or track your affiliate relationships or commissions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Getwayn. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
